TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Owning the full customer lifecycle for AI Agent product adoption, from onboarding and training to expansion and retention, with an accent on driving upsells and integrating AI into sourcing workflows. Focus on proactively surfacing product feedback to shape the roadmap and improving Agent activation and engagement metrics.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, US or be open to relocating to San Francisco for in-office work 5 days/week.

Salary: $140,000–$220,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own adoption, expansion, and retention of hirify.global’s Agent product.
  • Deliver live customer onboarding, training, and usage reviews.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales to close them.
  • Help customers integrate Agents into their sourcing workflows.
  • Proactively surface product feedback and new feature needs to Product and Engineering.
  • Track and improve Agent activation, engagement, and expansion metrics.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales roles.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with both executives and sourcers.
  • Comfortable in live calls, product walkthroughs, and upsell conversations.
  • Analytical mindset, focused on usage metrics, feedback loops, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments where you wore multiple hats.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, US or be open to relocating to San Francisco for in-office work 5 days/week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools, recruiting tech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Background in agency or in-house recruiting.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, PostHog, Notion, or Clay.
  • Exposure to Product or Sales organizations, especially in early-stage companies.
