What you will do
- Act as primary contact for day-to-day supplier management, including governance structure and supplier communications.
- Oversee performance, analyze data, and collaborate with suppliers to drive great performance.
- Manage all vendor tasks, including contract adherence, hirify.global’s third party management policy, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with WFM teams to ensure excellent service and create robust planning processes with clear governance.
- Act as the point of liaison between Supplier and hirify.global teams for policy reviews, process changes, or escalations.
- Manage a team of Performance & Continuous Improvement Partners to create seamless partnerships and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in managing large global operational third-party suppliers across multiple contact channels.
- A proven track record of building strong working relationships.
- Able to work with ambiguity and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using data to help tell a story on performance and identify future opportunities.
- Performance and team management is essential.
- Comfortable and able to travel overseas to partner locations 3-4 times per year.
