What you will do

• Lead and develop an SME team, setting clear goals, coaching, and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Manage team backlog, capacity, and prioritization, driving continuous process improvement and removing impediments.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Customer Success Managers to enhance client adoption and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Development, and Operations on cross-functional initiatives, communicating priorities and decisions.
• Champion best practices, documentation, and compliance within the SME domain.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a people leader managing specialists or consulting teams in a SaaS, services, or financial technology context.
• Ability to optimize workflows (capacity planning, queue management, SLAs) and drive continuous improvement using metrics.
• Customer-oriented approach comfortable engaging senior client stakeholders on value, adoption, and outcomes.
• Effective communication, coaching, feedback, and change leadership skills.
• English: B2 required for application and communication.

Nice to have

• Domain familiarity in investment operations or regulatory reporting (e.g., EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR).
