- Lead cross-team activities to enable change delivery across multiple platforms.

Requirements
- Significant experience within the UK financial services sector, ideally in a Project Management/Technical Delivery Management role or similar.
- Proven experience working across business and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Strong commitment to customer outcomes with the ability to identify unmet needs.
- Skilled in leading change within large-scale programmes and hands-on experience in agile environments, particularly in Jira and/or Jira Align.
- Confident in building trusted relationships with senior leaders and influencing strategic direction.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus, lead opposing priorities, and resolve critical risks and issues.
