Location: Hybrid in Leeds, UK (at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at the Leeds hub).

Salary: £78,098–£91,880 annually

• Support Digital Feature Teams in integrating different areas across the Group.
• Play a key role in the lab leadership team and support platform roadmap development.
• Continuously develop products and digital propositions.

Requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to understand and organize activity sequences required to deliver value.
• Expertise in identifying and managing a large number of complex dependencies.
• Proficiency in identifying and driving resolution of issues.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and tools.
• Excellent communication skills for senior audiences.
