What you will do
- Own the execution of the product delivery roadmap for Direct-to-Consumer website and mobile applications.
- Lead delivery planning across multiple feature teams, managing dependencies, capacity, risks, and trade-offs.
- Coordinate across UX, engineering, testing, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Set direction and quality standards for business and product requirements and oversee end-to-end delivery.
- Line manage and develop a team of Product Development Managers and Senior Product Development Analysts.
- Ensure changes are fully embedded within the business and meet regulatory and compliance expectations, including Consumer Duty and FCA requirements.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading digital product delivery in complex, regulated environments, ideally within financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering change across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Strong people management experience, with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience operating within Agile and iterative delivery environments.
- Solid understanding of FCA regulation and the delivery of compliant customer-facing change.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and customer-facing technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
