What you will do

• Sit at the intersection of the quant team, engineering, and clients.
• Ensure client strategies and integrations operate flawlessly.
• Contribute to the broader quant workflow by understanding, evaluating, and optimizing client liquidity strategies.
• Engage deeply with technical DeFi concepts.
• Translate technical DeFi concepts into actionable client strategies.
• Ensure hirify.global’s infrastructure delivers operational excellence for partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer-facing quantitative finance roles.
• Deep understanding of DeFi concepts (AMMs, Uniswap v3/v4, LP strategies, impermanent loss, MEV, LVR) and hands-on experience with on-chain liquidity strategies or market-making infrastructure.
• Web3 native, active DeFi user, and up-to-date with ecosystem trends.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, Math, Finance, or related technical field.

Nice to have

• Worked at a DeFi protocol or market-making infrastructure project.
• Coding/scripting experience in Rust, TypeScript, or Python.
• Background in quantitative trading, liquidity provisioning, or blockchain analytics.
