What you will do

• Plan, track, and manage delivery across multiple client implementations, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating across engineering, product, and commercial teams.
• Translate client requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
• Drive clear communication, reporting, and governance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and ways of working as the company scales.

Requirements

• Experience managing technical projects or programmes, ideally delivering software products to clients.
• Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding modern software delivery practices.
• Clear and confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scale-up environment with evolving priorities.
• Takes ownership of outcomes and is motivated by delivering high-quality client experiences.
