What you will do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of hirify.global using cloud security expertise.
- Drive adoption, business value realization, and customer satisfaction by developing success plans and proactively addressing cloud, code, and runtime security risks.
- Advocate for customer needs by capturing feature requests and liaising with Product and Engineering teams.
- Manage a book of up to 15 customers, identifying opportunities for expansion and assisting in securing renewals.
- Contribute to building and scaling the TAM organization by developing documentation, mentoring, and improving processes.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting a cloud/cloud-security product.
- Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture of at least 1 CSP (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI), with a certification preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-security best practices, common threat models, CNAPP, and security certifications.
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps technologies (CI/CD, IaC, VCS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability and willingness to work in the USA and have the legal right to work without visa sponsorship.
