hirify.global is a product company building a high-performance payment orchestrator that enables companies to accept all available payment methods and manage fraud detection through a single integration.

What you will do

• Lead discussions with senior leadership regarding technical and product strategy, incidents, and risk management.
• Develop close relationships with customers to understand their business and technical challenges.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help customers plan and build solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to customize specific products for customers.
• Monitor the progress of product integrations and ramp-ups to ensure their success.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or Integration Engineer, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other web services protocols.
• Proficiency in Web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful API, Frameworks).
• Expertise in at least one server-side language (Golang, Python, Node.js).
• Exposure to server and database technologies (e.g., Apache, Nginx, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
