What you will do
- Build strong, lasting client relationships from the contract phase onwards.
- Work closely with the CET team during onboarding, migrations, and follow-up projects, keeping expectations sharp and delivery on track.
- Turn client feedback into concrete upsell, cross-sell, and product improvement proposals.
- Handle renewals and negotiations with internal stakeholders, representing hirify.global to clients and at industry events.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B key account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of the energy market or eMobility is required.
- Based near Arnhem.
- Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
