What you will do
- Acquire new clients in the DACH market.
- Manage the entire sales process from market exploration to contract negotiation.
- Expand the hirify.global network by building new B2B partnerships.
- Create opportunities within existing customer accounts, including international expansion.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Ability to approach people and build a large network, ideally within HR.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive, Hubspot, or Salesforce.
- Academic working and thinking level.
- Great English and German language skills are required.
