What you will do

  • Hunt for new business through cold calls and emails, booking demos with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and align their needs with hirify.global solutions.
  • Build relationships that go beyond the sale, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Negotiate and close deals that make an impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Crush monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage your pipeline and keep everything organized in the CRM.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by watching industry trends and competitor moves.

Requirements

  • Proven cold-calling experience and a knack for generating leads.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and stay motivated to hit targets.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English for clear, confident communication.
  • A sharp problem-solver who knows how to close deals.
  • Resilience to bounce back from rejection and keep pushing forward.
