What you will do
- Facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle of interrelated projects within a program, including defining scope, resources, and timelines.
- Build, drive, and enforce project management governance, processes, and schedules for cross-functional projects across various organizations.
- Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously within a program.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, steering committee members, and C-level executives.
- Manage and solve scope creep, dependencies, change management, and interventions.
- Debrief projects and incorporate feedback into lessons learned.
Requirements
- 8+ years of program management experience leading cross-functional, transformational projects.
- 3+ years experience structuring and shepherding business requirements documentation and complex UAT.
- Hands-on experience closely managing upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Experience executing Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies.
- Proficiency in program and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
- Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
- Work from the Santa Clara, California office.
Nice to have
- Project Management certification(s) (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master).
- Lean Six Sigma experience.
- Proficient technical understanding of standard storage industry terminology.
