Location: This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

Salary: $285,000–$355,000 + Equity

• Increase structure in logistical processes throughout the development lifecycle, creating technical roadmaps.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, codifying best practices and sharing insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, managing complex technical programs at scale.
• Vision or ambition for how AI can redefine operational knowledge work.
• Support and deep operational experience is a must.
• Experience working with strategic customers and partners is a must.
• Strong track of execution in delivering ambitious goals on complex cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
