What you will do
- Strategically develop a territory plan for targeted accounts using sales technology.
- Generate new business pipelines primarily through cold prospecting, partner collaborations, and direct outreach.
- Form strategic sales plans to target specific use cases within industry verticals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of an opportunity, from qualification and discovery to negotiation and close.
- Act as an advocate for customers, sharing their goals and potential opportunities with the product team.
- Consult and advise customers on best practices for using the hirify.global platform for their GRC use cases.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS quota-carrying sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience in large Emerging Enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success and commitment to pipeline generation.
- Proven record of consistently exceeding quotas.
- Passion and desire to learn about the GRC landscape.
- Experience building lasting relationships and influencing at all levels.
- Minimal travel may be required for this position.
