Named Account Executive (SaaS): Deepening relationships and maximizing value within sophisticated engineering organizations with an accent on account management, renewals, and expansion. Focus on establishing executive relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving measurable revenue within named enterprise accounts.
Location: Remote (Must be located in the United States, specifically on the West Coast)
Salary: $180,000 USD base + $120,000 USD variable ($300,000 USD on-target-earnings).

What you will do
- Establish and nurture executive relationships within named accounts.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across business units.
- Lead cross-functional account strategy sessions to ensure customer success.
- Prospect into new teams within existing customer footprints.
- Consistently hit retention and expansion targets.
- Contribute to refining the Named AE motion and mentor future hires.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience focused on account management, renewals, and expansion.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships (VP+).
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with CSM, Sales Eng, Support, and PS teams.
- Strong account planning and strategic thinking skills.
- Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to developers or engineering teams.
- Familiarity with developer tools, code search, CI/CD, or DevOps concepts.
- Background in consumption-based or usage-based pricing models.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
