What you will do
- Proactively prospect and engage new Greenfield accounts using sales intelligence tools like Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build, manage, and optimize a robust sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic account penetration plans for key enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives, marketing, and solution consultants on targeted campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and use data to optimize sales strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging in networking events and industry forums.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with a demonstrated ability to generate and manage a healthy pipeline.
- Demonstrated "hunter mentality" for sourcing and qualifying new leads in Greenfield environments.
- Proficiency in using sales intelligence and CRM tools like 6sense, Salesloft, Clari, and Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Experience with cloud-based or customer experience (CX) solutions.
- Background in targeting and successfully penetrating large Greenfield accounts.
