Location: Based in USA (Texas preferred) with work from home opportunities.

Salary: $84,100.00 – $147,900.00

What you will do

  • Proactively prospect and engage new Greenfield accounts using sales intelligence tools like Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build, manage, and optimize a robust sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account penetration plans for key enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives, marketing, and solution consultants on targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and use data to optimize sales strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging in networking events and industry forums.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with a demonstrated ability to generate and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Demonstrated "hunter mentality" for sourcing and qualifying new leads in Greenfield environments.
  • Proficiency in using sales intelligence and CRM tools like 6sense, Salesloft, Clari, and Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Experience with cloud-based or customer experience (CX) solutions.
  • Background in targeting and successfully penetrating large Greenfield accounts.
