What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles with a focus on banking and trading platform projects.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS system.
• Assess candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural fit, conducting thorough screening interviews.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Negotiate offers and manage the closing process in collaboration with HR and client teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting on international positions.
• Proven ability to recruit for a mix of contract and permanent roles in high-demand skill areas.
• Excellent sourcing skills, with a track record of success in competitive talent markets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for global investment banks or trading technology vendors.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets roles, trading platform technologies, and associated technical skill sets.
• Ability to speak an additional language (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish) for LATAM recruitment.
