Senior Technical Recruiter

📍 Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)
All3 is reshaping how buildings are designed and delivered — using AI-powered design, robotic prefabrication, and onsite assembly to build custom architecture at the speed and cost of mass production. As the company scales, we’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own and drive hiring across engineering, sales, and executive roles within construction robotics and deep-tech domains.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner directly with hiring managers, shape hiring strategy, and ensure that top talent joins a team driving one of the most innovative transformations in the industry.
What you will do
— Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to offer acceptance
— Partner with hiring managers to understand technical, commercial, and leadership hiring needs
— Source and engage top-tier candidates across engineering, sales, and executive roles
— Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
— Coordinate interview processes, ensuring an efficient and smooth candidate experience
— Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
— Contribute to employer branding and recruitment process improvements
What you bring
— Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in technology, engineering, or robotics-driven industries
— Ability to recruit across technical, commercial, and senior leadership roles
— Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job platforms, direct search)
— Understanding of technical roles and ability to assess complex skill sets
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
— Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to recruitment
