What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry-level administrative positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build a candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across EMEA to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey.
• Handle high-volume scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones.
• Partner with HR Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and hiring practices within the EMEA region.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
