Salary: $130,000–$210,000

• Build out Go-To-Market, Growth, Finance, and Business Operations teams.
• Become a visible leader in the recruiting community at the intersection of modern sourcing and AI.
• Shape external presence through content, community, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles (either in-house or agency).
• Strong personal brand in the recruiting community (active LinkedIn presence, trusted network).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
• Deep care for quality and candidate experience.
• Ability to work in-office 5 days a week in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with early-stage startups (Seed - Series B) or in-house at high-growth companies.
• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets.
• Enjoy writing or speaking about hiring, talent, or the future of work.
