Location: Remote, based in London, United Kingdom, supporting the DACH territory.

Salary: £165,000 - £185,000.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives, assisting with scoping and sizing opportunities and offering guidance on technical fit and challenges for the DACH region.
• Lead customer discovery to understand architecture, constraints, and success criteria, and map those to hirify.global-based solutions.
• Design end-to-end reference architectures that demonstrate how hirify.global fits into existing services, data stores, and infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on guidance on best practices for workflow and activity design, testing strategies, and operationalization of hirify.global in production.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback and feature requests into Product, influencing roadmap and prioritization.
• Represent hirify.global in customer meetings, executive briefings, and at community events or conferences in the DACH market.

Requirements

• Significant experience in customer-facing, technical pre-sales or post-sales roles.
• Strong background in designing and operating distributed systems or cloud-native applications.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-focused narratives.
• Proficiency in building application prototypes and providing design, development, build, and deployment guidance using one or more of hirify.global’s supported languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, Ruby or PHP.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience working with or advising large customers in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with hirify.global or similar workflow/orchestration, event-driven, or durable execution systems.
• Experience in a high-growth, developer-focused infrastructure or platform company.
• German language skills are highly preferred but not essential.
