Location: Hybrid, Charlotte, NC. Must be willing to work on W2 ONLY.

What you will do

• Accelerate application build and migration to the Cloud.
• Architect and design C4 artifacts across Digital (Cloud, Web, Mobile, AI, API, SaaS, COTS).
• Architect complex Big Data/AI/ML Analytics product migrations to AWS.
• Create technical designs (Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, API specs).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance during development, testing, and delivery.
• Influence product solutions with technology best practices and communicate recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience designing, developing, and leading web applications.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture or related roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their AI/ML services (Bedrock, Claude).
• Experience leading Product teams to the Cloud (Terraform, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Athena, EC2, EKS, EMR).
• Experience architecting Enterprise-grade, highly available Products with Real-Time Streaming (Kafka).
• Ability to work on a W2 contract ONLY.

Nice to have

• Data management experience with real-time operations data (Aveva PI system preferred).
• Knowledge in utility forecasting, GRID planning or DERMs solutions.
• Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
