What you will do

• Shape and execute a 2–3 year technical roadmap focusing on platform scalability, AI integration, and performance.
• Lead the modernization of the tech stack to boost fault tolerance, developer velocity, and system resilience.
• Partner with C-suite to build predictive career intelligence features and align business goals with technical outcomes.
• Direct and mentor senior tech leaders, scaling the engineering team beyond 70 engineers.
• Manage technology investments, vendor partnerships, and the engineering budget to maximize ROI.
• Define and uphold platform-wide SLAs/SLOs and develop a data strategy ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• C-level or senior VP experience scaling engineering organizations in fast-growing SaaS or high-volume digital platforms.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation, modernizing legacy platforms for scale and AI-readiness.
• Deep architectural acumen and ability to navigate complex technical trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience taking AI/ML from prototype to production, delivering real business outcomes.
• Expertise in modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), web architectures, and distributed systems.
• Fluent in English required.
