What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise AEs and AMs to secure technical wins on complex, strategic deals.
• Lead Discovery and Architecture Workshops to deep-dive into prospect tech stacks.
• Own and execute the Solution Validation process to prove technical feasibility.
• Provide expert guidance on hirify.global’s platform and API capabilities, best practices, and integration strategies.
• Design comprehensive Technical Success Plans that map hirify.global’s platform to complex customer architectures.
• Act as the ‘Voice of the CISO’ by collaborating with Product and Engineering to influence product enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience, as well as 3+ years in a pre-sales role (Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar), preferably within the security or compliance industry.
• Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle and RESTful API design concepts.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and software integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent project management skills and proven track record of successfully managing complex technical sales cycles and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and how to map technical solutions to business value.

Nice to have

• Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET.
