Location: Hybrid work (3 days/week in office) in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.

What you will do
- Lead implementation kickoffs and technical discovery to understand customer pricing models, data architecture, and integration requirements.
- Design and recommend approaches that map complex business logic to hirify.global's capabilities.
- Guide customers through API design decisions, event ingestion patterns, webhook configuration, and invoice customization.
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and unblock customers when they get stuck.
- Serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for strategic accounts, partnering with Customer Success.
- Identify patterns of friction across customers and advocate for product improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a technical post-sales role such as solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or technical account management.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integration concepts.
- Comfortable with SQL and navigating complex data relationships.
- Proven ability to translate between business requirements and technical architecture.
- Fluent in technical conversations with engineering teams (no production coding required).
- Track record of owning customer relationships through implementation and onboarding.
