What you will do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, identifying core customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated adoption, and account transition.
- Document customer contact and activity data, including opportunity value and sales stages, within CRM/Marketing software.
- Be accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implementing agreed account plans.
- Promote hirify.global's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Holds expert-level experience in selling enterprise security software solutions.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Complete, "big-picture" understanding of business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
