Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Configure product installations and customisations in proof-of-concept engagements.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key account technical requirements.
• Provide informal training to the Sales team on hirify.global technology and competitive messaging.
• Work as a Trusted Advisor within prospects and customers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Experience in endpoint or network security space (AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS).
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
• Sales engineering background or significant relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
• Ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with virtualisation/VDI technologies or large-scale cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.
