Salary: $111,800 - $170,800 USD annually

What you will do
- Build strong and supportive relationships with Studio Leadership and internal teams to develop creative solutions supporting cross collaboration and studio growth.
- Analyze and assess team development needs and lead training workshops based on company goals and priorities.
- Provide guidance on employee engagement, organizational design, talent and performance development, and compensation equity for the US and Canada.
- Drive process optimization for the studio’s employee experience and help build our North American brand.
- Engage and collaborate in global HR initiatives across multiple regions and locations to foster close collaboration with our European HR team.
- Oversee the full employment life cycle for remote and onsite hires in the US and Canada.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or HR certification like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in companies with at least 300+ employees.
- Professional experience in the gaming or entertainment industry highly preferred.
- Proven expertise conducting behavioral interviews with hands-on experience with diverse selection processes.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, federal and state employment laws, and regulations across US and Canada.
- Experience working with HRIS systems including ADP HR/Payroll Software.
