TL;DR

People Business Partner: Providing strategic HR consultation and talent solutions to senior leaders globally, with an accent on aligning people strategies with business goals and driving organizational impact. Location: Hybrid role. The team is based in San Jose, California. Must be present in the San Jose office two to three days a week.

Salary: USD $132,800–$199,200 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR consultation to senior leaders globally, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Offer strategic insight and guidance on talent and business challenges.
• Cultivate relationships across all levels of the organization and global teams.
• Implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning and performance management.
• Partner with Employee Relations to address and resolve employee issues.
• Support leadership and employee career development.
• Champion an inclusive workplace culture.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform HR strategies and measure program effectiveness.
• Participate in change management efforts to support business transformation and growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a People Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Strong business acumen and deep HR knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Data-oriented decision-maker with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading or supporting transformational change within a global organization.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Marketing or other G&A Organizations.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Workday.
