Salary: $140K - $180K

What you will do

• Partner with managers to lead effectively through growth and change.
• Lead organizational design to ensure teams are structured to scale and roles are clear.
• Ensure People practices remain compliant across all regions.
• Own performance management cycles, including feedback, promotions, and compensation discussions.
• Use People data to guide better people decisions.
• Handle sensitive employee relations matters with care and discretion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People roles, with 4+ years as a People Business Partner.
• Experience supporting leaders in scaleup / high-growth SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with international employment laws and compliance.
• A track record of working with globally distributed teams across cultures and time zones.
• Hands-on experience across org design, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
• The ability to be empathetic without avoiding difficult conversations.
