TL;DR

Senior Compensation Partner: Designing and implementing global total rewards programs aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness, with an accent on compensation consulting, detailed data analysis, and scaling programs globally. Focus on evolving total rewards philosophies, managing annual compensation cycles, and ensuring global compliance.

Location: Hybrid Work Model: on-site work at Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday, remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: Annual US base salary range: $110,200 - $145,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and enablement of compensation programs and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide advice and creative solutions for complex compensation issues to HR Business Partners, Finance, and leaders.
  • Manage the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit, promotion, and structure-based market adjustment recommendations.
  • Oversee job architecture, including job evaluation, leveling, and structure/grade assignments, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Perform market analysis, develop and manage pay structures, and design incentive programs to attract and retain talent globally.
  • Monitor and evaluate total rewards programs for market competitiveness and compliance, including pay equity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience specifically in a compensation analysis and program management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model and interpret complex data to develop strategic insights.
  • Strong proficiency and knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, compensation benchmarking tools, and HRIS Systems (Workday preferred).
  • Experience working in and across global teams and with global compliance.
