What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business goals.
- Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives, including workforce planning and talent development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters like employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights and solutions for continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Support M&A activity, including HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent strategic role.
- Professional HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
- Broad and deep knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, talent management, and employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of confidentiality, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
