Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted HR partner, driving employee engagement, development, and retention across US, Canada, and Costa Rica teams.
• Coach managers on organizational health, team dynamics, performance, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and practices in supported geographies.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal moves, and exits.
• Support and lead people programs such as performance management, recognition, DEI, well-being, and culture-building initiatives.
• Analyze engagement and retention data to identify themes and actions.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
• Solid knowledge of US employment law; experience supporting Canada and/or Costa Rica is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus.
