What you will do

• Develop and launch a scalable university partnership and ambassador program for Germany.
• Drive integrated multi-channel campaigns to raise awareness and convert interest into qualified applications.
• Design and optimize a culture-first program highlighting high-performing, in-office collaboration.
• Lead the events portfolio, including sourcing, negotiating, and executing meetups and conferences.
• Build a cross-functional measurement framework and dashboard to connect brand activity to pipeline quality.

Requirements

• Experience defining student segmentation and EVPs, driving cross-functional execution to hit specific awareness targets.
• Proven ability to manage a significant annual budget (e.g., €250k) and build a rigorous measurement stack.
• Track record of securing marquee placements, navigating procurement and legal, and delivering flawless on-site activations.
• Experience translating pop culture and student trends into channel-native narratives and assets.
• Ability to design and model the talent funnel to move prospects from initial awareness into an active, high-quality hiring pipeline.
• Must work 5 days a week from the office in Berlin.
