Senior Vice President, Communications & Marketing

TL;DR

Senior Vice President, Communications & Marketing: Responsible for building and leading communications and marketing functions, with a primary focus on the department’s production of high-quality content, thought leadership, and events programs for C-suite audiences. Focus on public relations, demand generation, and brand marketing.

Location: This is a hybrid role. Work from home on Monday and Friday and in hirify.global’s New York City office Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $250,000-600,000

What you will do

• Concept and orchestrate overall marketing and communications strategy.
• Oversee the consistent production of remarkable thought leadership and content that deeply resonates with our C-level audience.
• Craft and execute an events strategy that establishes hirify.global as a critical forum for C-suite leaders.
• Work closely with company leadership to define hirify.global’s story and message.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in marketing from an elite media publisher, a top C-suite advisory or management consulting firm, or B2B companies with complex sales to C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of, and taste for, the content, thought leadership, messaging, and events that will resonate with C-level audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to identify, recruit, and lead great writers.
• Creative strategist who consistently comes up with new ways to grab the attention of and influence C-level audiences.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and possesses a bias for action.
