Senior Industry Executive (Medtech, AI): Accelerating growth and industry transformation in life sciences and med tech by building C-suite relationships and designing differentiated solutions. Focus on commercialization, patient access, and regulatory compliance within a cloud AI experience orchestration platform.
Location: Remote within the USA, with company presence in New York, Missouri, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., and Arkansas.
Salary: $135,400.00 – $238,000.00

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted C-suite and senior leader relationships in life sciences, med tech, digital health, provider, and payer organizations.
- Prioritize critical industry outcomes like patient access and therapy adoption, aligning with revenue and bookings goals.
- Partner internally to design differentiated solutions and industry-specific offers for healthcare workflows.
- Develop compelling value cases and quantified business outcomes tied to commercialization and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support complex sales motions and proofs of concept with Account Executives.
- Act as an industry ambassador through thought leadership, executive briefings, and product demos.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a consultative seller, industry executive, or practitioner in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Med Tech, Diagnostics, Digital Health) and/or Healthcare.
- Experience working within regulated healthcare environments, including familiarity with HIPAA, FDA-adjacent workflows, and CMS.
- Proven ability to build and sustain trusted CXO-level relationships within complex healthcare and life sciences organizations.
- Passion for solving unstructured business problems through integrated solutions spanning technology, operations, financial impact, and commercial strategy.
- Familiarity with CCaaS, Experience Orchestration, Journey Management, and AI-driven engagement technologies is preferred.
- Strong executive presence with polished public speaking and facilitation skills.
