TL;DR

Advanced Inside Sales Representative: Managing a portfolio of existing business accounts and identifying upsell opportunities for a global software and services company. Focus on qualifying customer needs, improving sales processes, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Berlin, Germany. Opportunity to work from anywhere for 20 days within 12 months. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for core offerings.
  • Handle outbound sales, product renewals, and upsell.
  • Process and manage high-impact customer orders.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including meeting and email activity.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Extensive experience in customer service and account management.
  • Proficient use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Capability to understand and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic analytical skills for tracking performance and metrics.
