What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise international customers, serving as their first point of contact.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the Sales team's overall goals.
- Actively seek new opportunities to grow accounts' revenue through additional business and up-sells.
- Communicate with customers to understand needs and explain product value.
- Identify stakeholders, grow long-lasting relationships, and deliver throughout the sales cycle (presentations, demos, offers).
- Document opportunity progress in CRM (Hubspot) and process change requests.
Requirements
- +10 years of successful track record as Account Executive/Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and RFPs is a must.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot.
- Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, eager to deliver results.
- Excellent relationship skills, becoming a trusted advisor to customers.
- Native German and fluent in English required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
