What you will do

  • Become an expert on the product and act as a trusted advisor to customers, managing the entire sales funnel from prospecting to deal closing.
  • Work closely with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Monitor the German market to identify new sales opportunities and deliver tailored product demos.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new customers in the German legal market.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide product and market feedback to product and leadership teams to inform development.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales role, managing the full funnel.
  • Strong user of sales tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
  • Possess a founder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to get things done.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Self-driven and eager to work in a fast-growing startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the legal industry or a law degree.
