What you will do
- Become an expert on the product and act as a trusted advisor to customers, managing the entire sales funnel from prospecting to deal closing.
- Work closely with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
- Monitor the German market to identify new sales opportunities and deliver tailored product demos.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new customers in the German legal market.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
- Provide product and market feedback to product and leadership teams to inform development.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales role, managing the full funnel.
- Strong user of sales tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
- Possess a founder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to get things done.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Self-driven and eager to work in a fast-growing startup environment.
