Senior Client Partner, Advertising (Electronics & Entertainment): Establishing, managing and expanding relationships with key clients and agency partners, driving revenue growth through innovative advertising solutions with an accent on developing account plans and consulting with clients on their advertising strategies. Focus on collaborating with internal teams, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Location: This role requires 30-50% travel and is based in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York, United States. Opportunities to meet team members in person are valued, and US-specific benefits (401k, health, dental, vision) are provided. hirify.global participates in E-Verify.

Salary: $150,000–$350,000 (OTE, Base + Bonus)

What you will do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic agency partners.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Consult with clients on their advertising strategies, offering solutions across hirify.global.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Ad Ops, Rev Ops, and Product for campaign execution.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and communicate results.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, and lead contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or client management, preferably at a publisher, ad tech company, or agency.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building deep client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video, and native formats.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and ad platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working with clients in Electronics & Entertainment with the ability to build strategic relationships.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and attribution models.
