TL;DR

Customer Account Executive (Marketing Technology): Managing and growing existing customer relationships within a digital marketing ecosystem with an accent on driving account growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Focus on nurturing and closing account expansion deals, securing contract renewals, and analyzing customer product usage to identify growth opportunities.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, US. Must be based in the United States.

Salary: Expected pay range between $102,500 and $122,500/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $205,000 and $245,000/year (including bonus or commission).

What you will do

  • Own a defined set of customer relationships, managing all expansion and renewal activities.
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase hirify.global utilization and value.
  • Nurture and close account expansion deals, including upsell, cross-sell, and net new lines of business.
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewal targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage, develop whitespace analysis, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS sales, with 5+ years closing and/or managing strategic customers.
  • Ability to research accounts and develop a point of view (POV) on the value technology can drive.
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision-makers for large SaaS investments.
  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and prior experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to travel to customer/prospect sites, marketing events, and company gatherings.
