TL;DR

Salary: $115,000 to $150,000

What you will do

• Lead and support new and existing wealth manager and asset management integrations, including project management, client discovery, and platform setup.
• Provide project management expertise, including establishing project plans and managing risk.
• Manage the platform experience for existing strategic clients to maximize platform consumption.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify product gaps and opportunities, vet potential solutions, and roll out new features.
• Drive operational efficiencies and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Document and update procedures, processes, and workflows.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in project management, client software implementations, or relationship management within the financial services/fintech industry.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams.
• Familiar with software-based financial solutions.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Office skills and data analytics skills.
