What you will do

• Be the voice of the Spanish market, understanding hirify.global users and local needs.
• Drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new product launches.
• Act as Product Captain, ensuring feedback loops between customers, market, and Product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns and messaging.
• Represent hirify.global at local events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor market trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing or related roles within the Fintech or payment domain.
• Strong understanding of customer insights and ability to identify and prioritize use cases that resonate with the local market.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the Spain market, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset for strategic decision-making.
• Native-level Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills.
