Head of Growth (AI SaaS): Owning and scaling hirify.global’s entire growth strategy from acquisition to monetization with an accent on defining GTM roadmap and building a scalable growth model. Focus on driving a culture of experimentation, optimizing performance marketing, PLG, SEO/AEO, and community-led growth strategies for technical GTM audiences.
Location: Remote/Hybrid, must be eligible to work in Spain. Based in Barcelona or Madrid.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy across the full funnel (Acquisition → Activation → Monetization → Retention).
- Define hirify.global’s GTM roadmap together with the founders.
- Build and scale a creator and influencer growth strategy to reach technical GTM audiences.
- Own core Growth and Marketing metrics, analyze the full user journey, and design/execute high-impact growth experiments.
- Lead and coordinate a lean, high-impact marketing and growth team, ensuring clear priorities and accountability.
- Align and collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, product or revenue roles.
- Proven experience scaling a SaaS product in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of SaaS metrics.
- Track record of running high-impact growth experiments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI agent, chatbot, or marketing automation.
- Background in startups or scaleups.
- Experience building and leading growth teams.
- International experience in SaaS at 5M-20M€ ARR.
