What you will do
- Develop customer-backed product positioning and messaging for the Spanish market.
- Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) processes for product launches in Spain.
- Align launch objectives and success metrics across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Create high-quality sales enablement materials and support partner co-marketing assets.
- Coordinate launch communications across various channels.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or similar roles (B2B, SaaS, fintech preferred).
- Proven experience leading product launches and building structured GTM processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong cross-functional influence.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data.
- Fluent Spanish (native-level) and strong English (working proficiency).
- Must be based in Madrid, with regular in-office collaboration.
