Location: On-site in Madrid, Spain. Regular in-office collaboration is required.

What you will do

  • Develop customer-backed product positioning and messaging for the Spanish market.
  • Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) processes for product launches in Spain.
  • Align launch objectives and success metrics across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Create high-quality sales enablement materials and support partner co-marketing assets.
  • Coordinate launch communications across various channels.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or similar roles (B2B, SaaS, fintech preferred).
  • Proven experience leading product launches and building structured GTM processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong cross-functional influence.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data.
  • Fluent Spanish (native-level) and strong English (working proficiency).
  • Must be based in Madrid, with regular in-office collaboration.
