What you will do
- Own acquisition strategy and execution across new and existing channels.
- Identify, test, launch, and scale new acquisition channels from scratch, including non-traditional channels.
- Design and run growth experimentation frameworks to drive consistent learning and measurable impact.
- Build repeatable, scalable growth systems and design structured referral and partnership programs.
- Optimize the full funnel: traffic → conversion → activation → revenue.
- Move core business metrics including CAC, LTV, CPL, SQLs, conversion rates, and retention.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in growth marketing and acquisition.
- Proven experience launching channels from zero to scale (not just optimizing existing ones).
- Deep understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Advanced in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking CAC, LTV, CPL, SQLs, ROAS, retention.
- 4-6 years in growth, performance marketing, or early-stage/startup environments, with a proven track record of building new acquisition channels end-to-end.
