What you will do

  • Own and evolve hirify.global’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and developing brand guidelines.
  • Shape the creative direction of marketing campaigns, aligning them with business objectives and customer insights.
  • Lead the end-to-end creative process, from strategy to execution, developing compelling storytelling and creative concepts.
  • Oversee the creation of high-performing assets optimized for different digital channels, integrating brand and performance-driven creative.
  • Lead the development of B2B and B2C campaigns across the full funnel, collaborating with performance teams to define KPIs and optimize strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, writers, and freelancers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within fast-paced digital environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact brand campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, brand development, and performance-driven creative.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, UX/UI, and digital content optimization.
  • Experience leading creative teams and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth teams.
