Vice President, People Experience (HR Business Partner): Leading the North America HR Business Partner function, serving as a senior advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership with an accent on driving talent, performance, culture, and organizational health. Location: This role can be based in Denver, CO in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible) or open to remote. Must be based in the USA.
Salary: $240,000–$260,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior executives, translating business strategy into people plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR Business Partner team across North America.
- Act as the primary owner for People & Culture service delivery, coordinating with Centers of Excellence.
- Drive performance management, engagement initiatives, and leadership enablement programs.
- Utilize data insights and KPIs to identify risks and refine the HRBP operating model.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience with deep expertise in HR Business Partnering.
- Proven success leading HRBP teams in complex, high-growth environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable people outcomes.
- Experience operating within a center of excellence HR model.
- Data-driven, practical, and outcomes-oriented leadership approach.
- Travel required is expected to be up to 25%.
